I founded BKY in 2020 with a simple vision: to create a platform that would allow me to partner with corporate clients and make a meaningful impact. While I haven't charted a rigid course for BKY's future, I embrace a philosophy of organic growth, allowing the journey to unfold naturally. This approach enables me to remain adaptable and responsive to new opportunities, constantly learning and evolving alongside BKY.

At the heart of my work is a deep-rooted belief in the power of kindness. I believe that by approaching every project and interaction with kindness and integrity, growth and success will naturally follow. This "Be Kind" principle (reflected in how I pronounce BKY) guides all my endeavors.

To that end, I've cultivated a strong network of talented individuals who share my passion for human-centered transformation. I'm eager to connect with you, explore potential synergies, and engage in meaningful conversations that can lead to positive change.

My Profile

My true passion lies in the fields of HR and L&D, particularly in making them more human-centered. I'm proud of my experience and the recognition I've received, including:

Global Certified Teacher of Search Inside Yourself Program, originating from Google and focusing on leadership development on the basis of emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and neuroscience.
Certified Facilitator & Consultant at DDI World, a global leadership development organization.
Chairman of VNHR's L&D Committee
Former HR Director at USG Boral Vietnam (now Knauf), where I also served as L&D Lead for the APAC & Middle East region.
Former HR Director at Gene Solutions in Vietnam and Southeast Asia
Content master on solutions and methodologies developed by FranklinCovey, SHRM, the Balanced Scorecard Institute, and the Blanchard Companies.
